The information described above may be used by MagikPay for the following purposes: To provide user and merchant support, notifications, and account updates
• To verify the identity of users and conduct due diligence, including KYC/AML compliance
• To enable authorized access to MagikPay’s payout infrastructure, APIs, and merchant tools
• To comply with legal, regulatory, and financial reporting obligations
• To monitor for fraudulent, unauthorized, or abusive activities

Data Sharing and Disclosure

However, we may disclose information under the following limited circumstances: • MagikPay does not sell or rent personal or business data to any third party.
