Who can use MagikPay?
We serve offshore entities only - international gaming platforms, affiliate networks, crypto exchanges, and fintech companies. We do not serve Indian-licensed gaming operators.
How long does onboarding take?
Typically 24-48 hours after KYC completion. We require COI, UBO ID, bank details, KYC/AML policy, and technical setup overview.

What cryptocurrencies do you support?
We support USDT (TRC20/ERC20), BTC, and ETH for deposits and conversions to INR.
How fast are payouts?
UPI/IMPS payouts typically clear in 5-30 seconds under normal conditions. NEFT/RTGS operate during banking hours.
What are your rates and spreads?
USDT spreads range from 0.9-1.25% with rate locked at call. BTC/ETH spreads vary based on market conditions and volume.

Pricing & Billing
How is billing handled?
Invoices are generated on the 1st of every month and due within 7 days. Payment can be made in USDT or bank transfer.
What's included in the pricing?
All pricing includes backend banking infrastructure, liquidity routing, and ledger infrastructure. No chargebacks with our final-settlement model.
How do volume evaluations work?
Volume is auto-evaluated every 30 days. Your pricing tier automatically adjusts based on your actual usage volume.
